We are now able to offer a very affordable reproduction of the WWII US paratrooper helmet. We use real US military steel pots (rear seam) & reproduction liners. Externally, they look almost identical to WWII jump helmets. Comes completely assembled and ready to wear. (You may have to adjust the sweatband to fit your head.)

-US Army M-1 helmet, postwar, rear-seam, refinished in W.W.II dark olive drab and refitted with khaki paratrooper chinstraps
-Liners are plastic reproductions with green suspension
-*Liner chinstrap, Reproduction (not ATF)
-*Sweatband, Reproduction (not ATF)
-A-yokes, od 3 ("khaki"), new ATF repro
-Chin Cup, new ATF repro
-helmet net not included, add one in the drop down box

*The hardware used in the liners isn't the sturdiest stuff. You may need to tighten the sweatband clips with pliers or channel locks. These liners were made with low price in mind. Cheap, cheap, cheap has consequences.
These helmet shells are NOT brand new.

We cannot guarantee these to be completely free of dings, small cracks, scratches, or a rough spots.
All U.S. helmets are assembled using military surplus steel pots. These are 40-60 years old. Most are not mint, flawless, stored in a shock-proof-vault-just-for-u. Although we repaint and refurbish them, some evidence of their past use or wear is likely. If you live in a perfect blemish-free militaria fantasy land, then the only option are the Chinese repro shells on ebay. Ours are in good to very good shape, but not 110% flawless.

US Helmet "Sizes"

Unlike German helmets and modern day Kevlars, the M-1 M-1C and M-2 helmets and liners come in only one size. The sweatband in the liner adjusts to fit your head via a slide buckle like some baseball caps. Thus, one size fits all. If you get a helmet and it's too tight, you simply need to adjust the sweatband. It's very, very simple.
